Surviving the Quarantine/Cuarentena or Lockdown

After more than a month of being in strict quarantine (I haven’t left the house in more than a month), having groceries delivered to my home to have the least possible human contact, I’ve learned some things about how to stay home without losing my mind. Spain has been pretty strict about keeping people in their houses, which is necessary after having the second highest number of deaths in Europe after Italy.

Despite having internet to gain access to many things we wouldn’t have had a few decades ago, being alone, in my case, or stuck with other people 24/7 in the case of many others, can put a strain on our mental and physical health. In this video, I share some tips I’ve found useful in getting through this unprecedented and difficult time.
